Shipping Methods

We primarily offer the Cash on Delivery (COD) method to cater to our customers in Pakistan. All orders are shipped using reliable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• For major cities: 3 to 5 business days
• For remote areas: 5 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier service delays.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Additionally, certain cities and remote areas may have limited delivery services, which could affect the delivery time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier service will make 2 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the final attempt, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or a refund, minus the shipping costs.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
